It's not ok to be FAT

This is my blog on my quest to get healthy. I am 54kg at the moment 11/09/13 I am just trying to build my muscles now I am 165 cm. I also like to include my measurements helps me keep on track. Some people seems to think that this is a blog that is against healthy curvy woman NO, I don't like how society is so much fatter and unhealther than we have ever been. We are accepting the unhealthy levels of fat, it becoming the norm. Its all about health. ..And I am the second author for this blog from now on, proudly :) Because I know how it is important for you to stay in shaped, get toned, build some muscles, feel alright and feel sexy esp these days when summer 2011 is coming! I am 177 cm and 50 kg now more like a model type but still eating healthy and at least trying to do, do workout twice a week.. This blog was a great inspiration for me I am so glad that I'v found this and now I am here to share more of what I find to help you and myself.. When I tell I take care of my body don't look at me like I am mad, it shouldn't be only about loosing weight first you need to eat healthy meals, don't forget do a king breakfast, eat whatever you like at lunch with keeping the plates small and at nights stay away from carbs and try to eat before 7 pm, eat fruits and green vegs with the main meals.. no white rice or any white bread just fibred and whole-grain ones.. and do exercising for your own health first then for the others' eye taste so here we are both to give you the courage and if they can do it, we can do it as well:) be the one who is looked after not the one who is staring at other's beauties!

Whether or not this Pit Bull thing is legit (it probably is—people love any reason to kill Pits), it’s just a good idea to keep all your animals—dogs, cats, whatever—indoors on Halloween evening and night. 
There are some really gross people out there who will use Halloween, or the night before Halloween, as an “excuse” to kill domestic animals for fun.
I had a friend who left her cat outside during the day on Halloween and didn’t make it home until after dark, and by the time she returned someone or a group of people had killed it. Don’t take any chances with your pets.

TIPS:
Remember that today’s day in age is different from how it was back then. So don’t stress about school too much.High school students today have the anxiety of what a mental patient in the insane asylum had in the 50s. Here’s also a thing to show how times have changed.
Prioritize. List what needs to get done first and when. Sometimes getting the bigger/harder tasks is easier than conquering the smaller/easier tasks.
Set times when certain projects need to be done and stick to that deadline.
Turn your phone off or give it to your parents while doing work/studying. I know that we live in the age of technology and literally everything is at the touch of our fingertips. Honestly though you can wait on what your favorite celebrity has to say or if your crush liked your instagram photo. You’ll be more involved in that than you are into your work.
If you have trouble in a certain subject and there is no assigned seating, take advantage of the front. I guarantee you’ll learn more.
Ask your teacher what exactly you’ll need to know. If you’re taking notes during the year, write in the margins whether or not it will be tested. It will be easier to know what you will be tested on.
Save your exams. Half the time your teachers use the same questions (or questions similar) from your exams on your midterms or finals.
Don’t try to do homework straight afterschool if you can’t, despite what everyone says. Give yourself an hour, and try to get some exercise in. I find it stops me getting bored of sitting down. Not to mention helps me concentrate better.
Don’t just read the material, write it, draw it, recite it, quiz yourself on it! Until you have the material down.
Join clubs, sports, or organizations! You’re guaranteed to find friends in there. You’ll already have common interests. Start with that and go with the flow.
College kids: If you don’t have assigned seating, and you have been sitting in the same seat for 2 weeks. That is you assigned seat now. Don’t move or you’ll screw everyone up and they will hate you.
Color code things, such as your notes. If you want to see how I color code my notes message me and I’ll be happy to show you. 
Be kind to one another.

Qian Hongyan was just four when she lost both her legs. A speeding trucker left her for dead as she crossed the main road in her village of Zhuangshang in southern China. 

For nearly two years Qian was immobile as she didn’t even have enough of her body left to sit up in a wheelchair. Doctors said her only hope of being able to move by herself again would be extensive surgery to allow her to be fitted with prosthetic limbs.Her parents couldn’t afford this treatment. 

Qian’s granddad Yuan came up with a simple but effective treatment to get her moving again. He took a basketball the village boys had discarded and cut a hole just big enough for tiny Qian to fit into, padded the inside with stiff floor mats from his car, then propped her up inside. All of a sudden Qian was able to stabilize herself and was able to by move herself by rolling the ball in any direction she wanted. She supported herself using wooden handles. 

From that day on Qian would not be stopped by any obstacle. She went back to school, started to play with her friends again, and started to get back the life of any girl her age. She began professional swimming training in 2007 and defied the odds of her double amputation to become one of the first members of the Yunnan Youth Swimming Club.

She won three gold medals in last year’s Yunnan Para Games and took a gold and two silver medals at the National Swimming Championship for the Disabled (Under 18) in 2009 before continuing impressively at this year’s Para Games.

I should have added this in the original post but after attention in the Chinese press, Qian traveled to Beijing to receive free artificial limbs at the China Rehabilitation Research Center, a center that has been providing help to the disabled in China for over 20 years. At 18 years old she is ready for her full adult prosthetics.
